That book seems to have been removed from Amazon. Dogged as we call it, yeah. We checked.

There are many reasons for that:

  • The author might have unpublished it
  • It might have been removed from Amazon for some reason
  • Something else entirely that is out of our grasp.

We have absolutely zero (0) control over what the authors are doing.
